The design conveys Angela’s and Robinsons’ values of elegance, high quality and delicacy while keeping a mix of Asian and Contemporary western cultures.
Angela May is a chef, TV personality, emcee and author. She has traveled the world discussing foreign food cultures, techniques and cuisines. Angela loves the social aspect of food and eating; to her, food is more than something that nourishes our bodies; it’s the center of our lives, shared experiences among friends, the kitchen is a place to gather and chat, feel the heartbeat of the family. Angela May I Food Chapters is her first restaurant opening at the heart of Orchard, in Robinsons department store. The design conveys Angela’s and Robinsons’ values of elegance, high quality and delicacy while keeping a mix of Asian and Contemporary western cultures.
