ielo design collaborated with Decathlon in designing their latest Click & Collect store at Westgate with an enhanced concept. Featuring digital elements and lifestyle displays of products available only through online orders, shoppers are constantly reminded of the convenience and wider variety available. At the same time, these interactive elements also help to engage and guide shoppers throughout their customer journey. This has not only helped to drive Decathlon app usage but has also encouraged customers to enjoy a truly omnichannel & phygital shopping experience!
