A creative and exciting store concept conveying the happiness of chocolate to all airport & domestic shoppers!
A chocolate lover’s haven, The Cocoa Trees offers the widest range of international brands under its various retail outlets and concessionaires.
ielo design partnered with The Cocoa Trees to revamp three chocolate and confectionary stores in Changi airport, rejuvenating the overall store design while retaining core and iconic elements of the brand. Based on key insights about shoppers’ behaviours, retail trends and operational constraints, the experience was enhanced by educative and immersive panels located around the store, a fully localised Taste Singapore corner, and a fun and playful Kid’s pillar. It also contributed to facilitating operations and merchandising. The design concept has been further rolled-out in 3 other locations on the Singaporean domestic market.
